When You Feel Bad, You Get Bad Outcomes.

Breathing is fundamental to life -

an instinctual act we’ve performed since birth.

Yet, beyond sustaining us, breath holds transformative power to heal, process emotions, and elevate consciousness.

That’s why, if there were only ONE thing I could teach the world, it would be how to breathe.

I developed a breathing method that simplifies thousands of years of yogic traditions into one technique that can be learned in 90 minutes or less.

It changed my life.

And now I want to teach it to you.

Now, you probably know several techniques already. You might’ve heard that you can slow your breathing to calm down. You may have learned box breathing, the Wim Hof method, or much older techniques like cobra and fire breath.

But, even if you know every single one of those techniques I just rattled off, you’ve only learned A SMALL FRACTION of what your body can do.

You see, the breathing techniques we know today were discoveries made by different monks and yogis who passed them down to people who needed help.

Someone would feel sad a thousand years ago and come to a teacher looking for help. The teacher would say, “If you’re sad, then breathe this way. It will help you feel better."

It would make the student feel better, that student would then share it with others, and a technique would be born.

Someone else would come to the yogi with poor health, and the yogi would tell them to breathe in another way to access their autonomic nervous system for healing.

Another would show a student what to do for stress relief. And so on.

The wise ones passed down specific techniques for specific problems, because they hadn’t yet discovered an easy way to teach their students everything.

Today, people learn one of those techniques and think they’ve learned to access the power of their breath. When really they’ve accessed JUST ONE PERCENT of what’s possible.

But how did those wise teachers know what to say? How did they know what method of breathing would solve a specific problem?

And how do YOU access the full power of your breath to help you feel GOOD, when you feel BAD?

It’s called “Instinctive Breathwork,” and it’s a technique for discovering techniques.

The “master key” for breathwork, if you will.

This isn’t a technique designed to calm you down, energize you, or drop you into a psychedelic experience beyond your wildest imagination.

Even though it will do all of that easily.

This method is designed to tap you into your instinctive abilities to access whatever breath you need to feel better, be more adaptable, and feel powerful in whatever situation you’re in.

It’s designed to give you access to all of it, and give you the ability to choose what you need in the moment.

It is the breath that teaches you how to become your own teacher.

And because of that, I strongly feel Instinctive Breathwork is the only breathwork technique you’d ever need to learn.

If you need to calm down, it can help you do that. If you want to have a deep meditative experience, it can facilitate that. If you need to heal your body or access extreme endurance, it can help with that too.

Allowing you to process emotions and let them go, so you can live powerfully.

About Breathwork

How Does Breathwork Work?

In the 1960s, America witnessed a cultural revolution.

Amid hippie movements, free love, and antiwar protests, there was a surge of interest in psychedelic substances for therapeutic use.

Researchers and therapists explored psychedelics like LSD to help individuals process emotions, expand creativity, and achieve personal breakthroughs.

However, as these substances became a part of mainstream culture—popularized by bands like the Grateful Dead—people started to use them for recreational use.

The uncontrolled spread led to societal backlash. And during the Reagan era, strict “War on Drugs” policies criminalized psychedelics, putting a stop to the promising research that was happening and stigmatizing their use.

Dr. Stanislav Grof

Faced with these barriers, pioneers like Dr. Stanislav Grof, a leading expert in psychedelic therapy, sought alternatives. Grof turned to breathwork, discovering that intentional breathing techniques could induce altered states of consciousness similar to those achieved with psychedelics, but without substances.

To grasp the power of breathwork, consider an antelope escaping a lion. After the chase, the antelope collapses, shaking and breathing heavily.

This natural response allows it to process the trauma, releasing stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. Moments later, it rejoins the herd, unburdened by the ordeal.

Animals instinctively know how to release trauma.

Humans, however, often suppress these natural processes.
